After the Asciano downgrade, yesterday was open season on any companies carrying a lot of debt. I don't know the full details of Wesfarmers' debt situation but someone with a lot of muscle took a dim view of its prospects yesterday.
It may turn out to be be a one-day wonder but I will watch this one very closely today. Holders be on alert.
