Private Research, you obviously don't spend a great deal of time researching. As soon as Brewer's name popped up was the time to run away unless of course you are part of the purple circle which in this case have been left high and dry as well.
VEC as well, the same goes along with 4CE. Plenty of info out their on all of the concerned parties, wouldn't touch anything any of them was involved in.
