    i agree with you on this that it should have been atleast on agenda of AGM, am i right in guessing that this notice was sent to us after the meeting in US. if so there is a possibilty that they are finalisng the docs as they did in May this year and wll take a 3 months to finalise (voting eetc )after Dec 15 in the mean time another extensino for BAU.
