The Shares issued under the Offer will be issued under the Company’s existing placement
capacity under Listing Rule 7.1. The Company will raise $3.70 under the Offer (before costs). The
total estimated expenses of the Offer of $4,000 will be paid by the Company from its cash
reserves.
