i planed my investment in ALK as a long term holding because of the DZP.
the fact that I will not be able to stay invested in ASM makes me
nervous and rethink and overthink .

im afraid ALK will only see the dust of ASM in the nearer future.
there must be some serious offtakes around if they are ready
to spin out the DZP with its huge need for capital ...

and it looks like these news will be held back to push ASM once the
thing is done. (For ME hopefully before !)

i see ALK at 40 cents after the spin off. Only a gut feeling.

can anyone say how long I can sell my „whole Alk“ shares or will that be in the „booklet“ ?

do I have to be afraid of more surprises like trading halt with the booklet or sth. Or can
i wait knowing the last day of trading before the spin off to sell my holding ?

i felt like this is the place to ask the questions that I can’t answer by myself ... for foreigners
the spin off really sucks if it’s done like this. Is there any chance that foreigners could participate ? Couldn’t they still change that ?
