Last i read dividends were deferred to later in the year. Having CBA in the 50s was taking into consideration the lock down being far longer and a longer drawn out recovery. Go and check the news. They are even talking about starting flights between the state capitals next month and even travel to NZ and a few other safe countries soon.
This is not going to be the long drawn out 6 to 18 months of potential lockdown that people were fearing when it started. Sentiment is up and hence pushing the market.
