DF has a vested interest in the company due to stock options. It is a better move for him financially to move over. He has more to gain by TZ saving costs than he does from pocketing salary over the short term. And we retain his expertise!
A very shrewd move by all involved.
Although saying that I think Brycream's profits will take a big hit now that DF's not earning.
