Unfortunately TCL shares the same chairman as ABC learning Centres - David Ryan. As Chairman of ABC he oversaw the high profile destruction of that company and I have huge concerns about him remaining as Chairman of TCL.
Shareholders should not wait until his re-election comes around and should pressure the Board to replace him asap.
