fully agree.. the problem lies at the top and that is Michael. a great geo but a poor business men. in my opinion this needs s change in leadership if we want to see a atep change and we need it soon. take a look at Dave at CAI, also an 'ALK owned' junior. night and day difference and he is the kind of leaders who could take a junior like GMD into production. Michael cant and won't.
