E.Park's Felsic porphyry “pipes” is exposed over 100m in length and is c. 60m wide. While the surface grades looked OK to modest, such structures can be leached of their in place metal content in the near surface zone, with more economic grades developing as “ore zones” deepens within the breccia pipe’s structure. Cox's Find is a shear zone and hence a little more complicated as it contains very fine shales and although only 10km ex a treatment plant for a tolling option at RRL, technically this would have challenges as although they have 4.0mtpa throughput plant utilising a 3 stage crushing circuit, a scrubber and a single ball mill (Outotec 6.0MW, 5.8m x 9.2m) followed by gravity and carbon in leach circuits, they only treat oxides hosted in clay-rich saprophytes there.
