I have noted that our Executive Chairman ,and his fellow Directors are yet to be purchasing Share in ALD at current levels ???
With the current "flood " of information released by M.C ,and now that Mr Caruso is back with a hands on approach ,why does he show some confidence in his Company ???
Even if M.C is a little short on Cash ,his fellow Directors also appear to be missing in action !!!
I guess M.C salary only increased to $392,400 in this financial year ,up a poultry $90,000 or 30% increase,and thats without Share Based Benefits at only $1,913,951
Or is it a given ,that M.C is just waiting for the "free "options to be granted at the AGM .
M.C ,put your money where your mouth is ,and show all loyal and very patient shareholders that you are fair dinkum.!!!
I still strongly believe ALD require "new blood "in the Directors ,and independent person over seeing this Company ,as I do not have 100% confidence in the current Chairman and his fellow "Cronies "
