Scale back on a sliding scale. Consider a large holding to be 250,000 shares ($20,000 at 8c each). Anyone with a large holding and therefore likely a higher loss on paper to date gets their full allocation without getting scaled back. Consider a small holding to be 10,000 shares. Anyone with a small to large holding gets their allocation scaled back on a sliding scale set to cap the CR at $3.6M. Anyone with a holding of less than 10,000 shares gets the same percentage allocation as someone with 10,000 shares. If the $3.6M cap is still exceeded then increase the definition of large holding.
