    Algo trading by a bot used by large brokers when fulfilling an order at say a particular VWAP (volume weighted average price).
    So for a large order, they collect slowly while possibly giving some back in order to accumulate.
    Once complete they generate contract note for buyer.
    Buyer pays a consolidated brokerage not on every transaction!
