yibin as done a strategic stake with us and hence now have equity as in 20m in the kitty so that every future dollar raised in financing is earmarked to build a plant and not use it finance say ongoing fixed costs .. takes away CRs and similar till we one day sell our product and that’s creditworthiness and has a value that’s in our favour and not just being held at ransom to accept any lousy OTs and / or expensive financings costs offers
