AJ - I've done research on this as well and the cheapest and most competitive I could find on the market is ONE DIRECT by far.....They are dropping tomorrow a futher .58% to bring their variable and comparison rate to 6.97% which beats everyone else easily I believe! Check them out.
As for your strategy, doesn't sound like a bad one mate.
