Assumptions on ecool2 moderation,
We don't know who is behind the moderation of ecool2 but think about who might like his posts to disappear and why for a minute....
Shorters and potential take over players both rely on poorly informed small shareholders to ply their trade profitably.
Some one keeping the small share holders well informed is a real thorn in their side.
Normal take over offer scenarios are likely to be laughed at big time here as people will say add a few zeroes and try again being well informed.
Sure it could be Cato but other parties have much bigger reasons to silence the educator.
