It seems that the two arguments against the legitimacy of this announcement are the claim of a 'global workforce of 300,000+ people' and the connection between IA Data Innovations and iSoftStone.
Firstly, no IA don't have 300,000 employees. This is clear, but it's also not what the announcement claims. IA collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, other companies and various stakeholders on a daily basis. This web of connections totals 300,000 people. When working on projects, information is continually being passed back and forward between the stakeholders. It is vital that this information is passed quickly and securely. This is where NET step in to provide a solution. And as more of these stakeholders become familiar with NET's product, more companies will get on board and the number of deals will start to grow.
Secondly, the CEO of IA may also be the Vice President at iSoftStone, but I'm not sure why this is to be taken as a negative. Obviously deals are going to be executed quicker with companies that NET already have a relationship with. To insinuate that this is just a pump and dump is ridiculous. The only individuals that would believe this are the same individuals out there with picket boards protesting against the 5G towers.
I am looking forward to the day NET announce a deal with a company they have no prior relationship with, but this does not mean this announcement should be blown off as propaganda. It is still a significant step for NET and could mark the start of their growth journey.
Let's hope the announcements keep coming.
