    Well if I was a buyer I wouldnt want an offmarket buyback. I would prefer to see this seller dump and force the price down to my advantage. For example a buyer just put in a 200,000 bid at 14.5 but why didnt he just buy on the open dump. Because people are hoping they will buy lower due to the dump. Thats my opinion anyway
