"Dial-up churn in all companies runs at huge rates, so there is no spin involved. iiNet even published theirs. Any ISP which has maintained total numbers as dial-up bases have drained away at a dramatic rate has done very well. The smaller ISPs have typically halved their customer numbers over the past two years, precisely because of this factor and their inability to replace those customers with broadband ones. "

So by that logic, the total number of active accounts in the market place has declined since the introduction of broadband ... lol .... you are helarious

You've previously conceded that it's a swings & merry-go-round equation ..... you loose some to others & gain some from others.

Why do you insist on continuing to blame a total lack of growth on churn.
After all, if they are leaving you it is for a reason, not just a whim, like:
"Oh, I think I need to churn"
