The one person who could tell all is RT and why he really resigned, I think the company needs to come clean and update us on the strategy going forward. I always thought an all scrip offer from Accadia would be a good way to go as we would be hedged into their growth profile, of course, it depends on the offer but handing over scrip is easier than handing over cash so we could possibly get a better deal.
