Unfortunately I think there's little chance they'll do either, rather more likely to muddle along in the middle somewhere (market themselves like they're the new Amazon, dabble not particularly well in new initiatives but keep falling further and further back into the pack in their core technology and systems which these days isn't all that flash to begin with).
All imho.
