To elaborate further:
The cost to build the mine is US$310 million
10% of that is US$31 million
US$66.5 million minus US$31 million = US$35.5million.
So ANTAM payed US$35.5 million for 10% of a ~7 million oz equivalent gold resource which is about US$50 per ounce.
