June 1st ...tick tock

Yes it is June 1st today which also officially begins the season of Winter. Now it also heralds the beginning of a very important countdown in OGC's quest to get the Didipio FTAA approved. Now according to the conditions around the application as I understand it there are another 18 days to go in order to have the FTAA officially approved otherwise .........calamity. So is the beginning of June going to bring on our Winter of discontent or are we going to witness a remarkable early Spring with confirmation that Didipio is approved and can go back into production. So ...tick, tock ....the clock is ticking
