    Thanks for your replys peoples.

    So I guess even if CNP did go bust CER is a fairly sure bet thats why the likes of orbis are stacking all their chips on CER.

    While we are at it if CNP did go bust CER would not really need to spend much on a restructure even though centro holds about 50% of it.

    I have heard some talk that it will cost CER hundreds of millions to restructure if CNP did go under. I cant for the life of me see how CNP going under will have any long term effects on CER or cost it much. So what if your biggest share holder goes under as long as you are still kicking are breathing right?

    Is all this talk about big dollar restucture cost just bs?
