1. The announcement will be released
2. The market will react accordingly and Orders (Buys & Sells) will fill up which will then give an indicative price pre-open.
3. It will go higher or lower on open depending on the announcements and volume on the day etc.
If it was easy to predict, we would all be very rich. However with long term strategies i have with stocks like these I tend to go with Time in the market>Timing the market.
