Last annual report shows 2501 shareholders, 843 own 97.94% collectively. 1658 own 2.06% collectively. If everyone subscribed even for only the minimum 1 million shares in the spp it would be 2.5 billion shares but only 500 million are to be issued unless they decide to accept more. So it will probably be scaled back. I see they say scaling will take into account the number of shares held. Probably best to not sell now at .007 planning to get them back in spp. Seems to equate to certain dilution but the compensation is the sp is up.
