Section 3 Subsection 3
” An entity should consider a trading halt whenever it is necessary to manage its continuous disclosure
obligations . This can arise , for example , where a listed entity has become aware of information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities but is not in a position to make an announcement about the information to the market promptly or without delay “
If it were bad news and I know it’s not due to how the game is played, we would have been notified before hand. Hopefully this will relieve the insomniacs tonight.
