Mainly due to the amount of reinvestment in growing their business. The chunk of expenditure and investment has been completed now. The main thing to focus on is revenue growth and how this transfers to the bottom line as CAPEX falls away. The business is priced for growth and and the investment has been made to allow for it (until COVID came along).
