Sounds like how SLR are likely to operate to me. They are certainly astute in regard to takeovers/mergers and shareholders of targets need to be aware of their interests and not just assume that directors will be acting in their best interests (retail shareholders that is) because SLR have previously shown that they can take advantage of situations to the detriment of retail. I speak from experience.
