    That's a great chart and commentary. TA is always interesting and glad that the weekly is solid. Feel it is being manipulated as any upward pressure is met - accumulation perhaps as there is some significant news flow to come...

    The fundamentals should be supporting this break out and pushing well above the weekly mean...

    I'd be very surprised if this was still 16.5c today.
