I think its a great buy at $20 and have done so. This morning we shall see as the Dow made a strong rebound. What is interesting is:
"Company news: Wal-Mart Stores (WMT, Fortune 500) reported a higher third-quarter profit that beat estimates. However, the world's largest retailer also said that a stronger dollar would hurt its fourth-quarter and full-year profits. Shares fell modestly."
On that basis Wes should be flying with the lower dollar and consumers are still out there. I suspect the shorts will miss the train this morning and I certainly hope they do.
