I guess now that Gareth H finally has a job at Ucore, it becomes a bit more riskier. He will not need HXG. Why would Ucore need HXG? What is in it for them appart from losing 49% of RapidSX. They have absolutely no incentives. They will do everything they can to ditch them.
I dont see that Ucore takeover as a positive at all. On the HXG webpage under management, we have now lost Gareth H and Ty Diwoondie (“social media expert”). They had to find a replacement with another mob..
