Regal started accumulating after the IIB AMD results, so they were comparatively late to the party.
250% upside is basically the SP you end up with if OPT successfully commercialises the OPT-302, so it's not a BS number. However, will take years and lots of risk to achieve that.
I don't have any issues buying stocks Regal owns. However, if the SP starts tracking down on no news, resist the urge to sell. It's likely just Regal shorting to scare off retail punters, then buying the stock back at the bottom. This is what happened around December 2020 to OPT SP.
