    'Would the receivers decide that the company is still a viable concern and that the best interests of all concerned will be to NOT pay out the banks but to reconstruct the finances.'

    How will they reconstruct the finances when it is the banks that would enable it and it is the banks decision that would force it into receivership? What point would there be in the banks killing CNP and losing experienced management and then try to refinance? If CNP is forced into receivership, the primary goal of the secured banks will be to sell assets (at undoubtedly firesale prices).
