Not necessarily, APT has few gaps on the way that uptrend from late March till now that never got filled as yet or maybe it keep going up those gap will never get filled beneath the new formed base. Something like APT closed at $29 at 1 May and closed at $36 at 4 May and up to $48 now etc..
