low volumes

Maybe a dumb question. But the trading volumes are low. always low. Most of the shares are held by long termer holders. Like myself.

Which is good, but presents liquidity problems. Are they using market maker here to keep trade in MBT shares going? A lot of 1 seller asks always. And when it gets to no sellers, there always seems to be a new round emerging, without changing the asking price at all, just setting a new range.

If anyone can please help me understand the dynamics of MBT, that would be greatly appreciated.
