The announcement says:
"The sale has not yet settled and the purchaser
has intimated to the company that it may not be in a position to proceed as currently contracted."
A key phrase is "as currently contracted".
Sounds to me like they intend watering down the contract in favour of Charge Resources, whoever they are.
ASIC should be watching this one like a hawk.
