What are your thoughts on DAU management's history for related party transactions, continually rewarding themselves free issue bonus shares on top of director fees, writing off interest free non secured loans to themselves, all approved and controlled from a few large controlling shareholders supportive of management albeit against other holders best interests that would surely be an issue for reputable companies and other investors dealing with them.

NST could have easily made a takeover for DAU several years ago while DAU retained 100% of Plutonic then deciding to JV to VAN with DAU now litigating at considerable expense.
