Look at the buys' all nice rounded numbers 100,000, 200,000, 60,000, 20,0000. Insto or insto's accumulating or some significant OCD going on. This is either going up over 20c or dumped significantly post new shares being issued. We need news as quick as they can get it. Based on watching this daily for the last month the chart looks very enticing, more money to be made here.
