I have seen similar downramping in galaxy resources a few years ago when it was traded at 3 cents and then galaxy went to a dollar + mark . I do not think directors of this small company wants to lose money when they invested heavily into it - you can have your own opinion.
why would a German research firm strongly say they found a Disallowed - don't you think if there is no substance in VUL they are definitely ruin their reputation? - you may read into the research firm too.
