Just popping in as a couple of my "mates" from previous stocks suggested coming over here and run an analytical eye over the company and its current financial health after the fallout from a company that Brewer was involved with announced it will be de-listed next week, they had similar reasons to what VEC is going through re: - late/lack of financial reporting, hopefully it isn't as complex as the other and can be rectified soon.

@trumpy71 has indicated, Brewer is the tip of the iceberg.
There is a very very long line of directors/companies/corporate advisors/spin off companies going back 15 plus years and it is intriguing to follow the trail, be little solace for those caught in this debacle but Brewer is/always coming being linked with these two in the article.
