If ASM looking to exit DNA soon, they could have just appointed a dummy to the CEO position. They're taking the CEO role seriously, meaning they are in it for the long run.
it will either be a Thai CEO, or Chinese / Hong Kong CEO. with Thai being deputy CEO.
