I can't say for sure.. so best to get another opinion but I think what they mean is that some loyalty options have a ticker code associated to the options (usually the ticker code + O). I think these options will need to be turned into shares by notification to GRL rather than shown on the Asx.. Then they will become normal shares which will appear on the asx.
Again just my take.. Happy to be corrected.
