I think the fragrance free was actually one of the selling points. At least it doesn’t have that strong alcohol fragrance when applied. That always puts me off when I used those sanitisers.
Lame packaging, most probably a teething problem and should be brought up to management to fix. The e-commerce website was looking pretty average at the start too and has slowly improved. I think they may lack some expertise in these as they are not traditionally online retailers?
Additional products is good for cross promotion and importantly customer retention, especially in the early stages. I don’t expect that to continue forever.
