    You cant be "safe" and accumulate serious wealth.You have to skate on thin ice, and fall in occasionally to gain a "sense" of what I would call risk balance.Take a stock like APT. The experts say it is 70% overvalued and yet it powers on. I mean, who would touch it? No if you want to be "safe" stick with the blue chips.Fortune favors the brave.

    It's best to do your own research and know the value of what you're paying for. If someone gives you a tip, how will you know if it's sound? You might as well believe the tips in the newspaper, like the bloke in the herald sun that recommended selling APT before it went up 15%. Other than that, I would consult someone who's qualified to give financial advice with a history of good returns. Good luck
