The sector which looks like having the long term hit is commercial property. Large corporations have seen that WFH is a viable option and it's an easy financial decision to downsize rental expenses to pay for the transition to WFH technology.
LVT with it's partnership with Microsoft (and the take-up of Teams) just has to be doing well...
