The transaction involving the WHA/SPC JV is progressing and only when everything is completed will the ASX allow WHA to trade again.

For WHA to trade without absolute finality of the transaction which will put the company in a potentially strong position, would be foolish and again I repeat, the re-trading of WHA shares is entirely an ASX decision.

Do watch the WHA space.  We respect and appreciate your frustration and understand how long it has been but rest assured all at WHA are working diligently to complete everything and see the company re-trade from a position of strength.
