Agreed, the Lab Results announcement has been released. This is no longer a Voluntary Suspension, it is forced by the ASX.

The ASX are still holding SKN in suspension due to, IMO, unsatisfactory answers to the previous round of ASX questions about the construction of the Options underwriting agreement and the Directors communication to investors based on that underwriting agreement.

It will be interesting what the next round of questions will be from the ASX and what pitiful answers SKN will deliver (as per past performance IMO).

This sad saga continues.
