I cannot think of a better example of the term "under the radar" than IDA. The company was completely shafted by the Tanzanian government and rightly so is not putting up with such outrageous and disingenuous behaviour. If the Tanzanian government wants to join the global community and enable their country, rich in resources, to prosper, lessons such this one need to be thoroughly learnt. Hopefully, the outcome will provide such an opportunity.
