    Another Phd for CTP - one allready on staff and another on the BOARD. What magical ability does Kantsler's appointment bring ? Market is impressed with appointment to extent share price is down 4.12% on day of announcement. Kantsler operates through another company in frontier conflict area PNG - his appointment may bring disrepute and international controversy to CTP.
